Planned a family Christmas Cruise with 5 adults for a year. The ship was old, dirty, and just plain worn out. Carnival sails at capacity but I think this ship was overbooked. So crowded you could not relax. Drunk, disgusting, smelly people packed in like sardines. They boast an adults only Serenity Deck, but there were screaming kids on it at all times and ship staff refused to handle it. Lines for food were ridiculous and the food itself was barely edible. Dining rooms were understaffed, food was served late, overcooked, and cold. Out of control children were everywhere with no visible supervision. All inclusive excursion to Freeport was miserable-rude staff, watered down drinks, terrible food. Freeport itself is a slum. Nassau is beautiful but so crowded you could not enjoy it. The best part of the trip was the end of it. A terrible disappointment. A waste of a lot of money. Never again Carnival.
