First time on a cruise . The Staff was very friendly and professional . My stateroom was very quite and clean . I went on the PG to experience the water . The dive staff was great - Maud and Clement were excellent dive guides . All the dive equipment was in good shape . Saw many BIG sharks and rays . Very cool . The Lagoon excursions to see the rays and more sharks were very well run . Drove a motor scooter around Bora Bora and Moorea - a real blast . Check out Belvedere on Moorea .
Ate at L'Etoile every night . Wonderful food . Met lots of new friends and heard NO complaints . Loved Alex at the piano bar before dinner . All the PG bars carry the best booze . No charge or tipping , which took getting used to . Just the views of the islands from the PG deck is worth the price of admission . Stunning ! The islands are poor but that is not the fault of the PG . I always got a smile in return for a smile . Cant understand how anyone would not like this cruise . Everyone I met ( 125 people ) loved it and many were on for the 2nd or 3rd time . The PG is well air conditioned but the islands are warm and humid . Recommend highly that you stay on Tahiti a few days BEFORE the cruise . The pool at the Intercontinental on lagoon are fun .
