Poor staff....crew just was not up to the royal carribean status....so many cut it's sad....do not enforce any codes or rules..shows are hit or miss..will stay with RCCL but not harmony of the seas....the very next cruise was worst I understand....the perks were not even given as usual! I have talked to dozens of past passengers all have the same reaction! My travel agent even offered to rebook my next cruise on the harmony!! I have more then 50 cruises and never felt like reviewing them but this one was a pure waste of money!! So sorry. To have to tell all this but they need to know how bad it has been even the staff said they were understaffed and over worked! That's a sad thing to hear from them. Save your money book any other RCCL been very happy on all other ships! My favorite one is the allure of the seas! Been on her 6 times.
