Cabin was alright wasn't tidied very well 

we found multiple items from the previous people and the food scraps that were under the bed was gross 

also there weren't face washers in the room even though we asked for them

I didn't think this was very well planned

Omg this shore tour was amazing I'd do this tour all over again

I boarded the pacific dawn on the 20th of December with my 2 disabled grandparents and my two young brothers it was my first time on a P&O ship as I normally sail on the princess lines 

my experience was poorly 

the embarking and disembarking was great the assistance the cruise went to to get my grandparents on and of the ship even in the port of calls was outstanding 

however in saying this the meals were terrible 

the food was always cold, not a great deal of selection 

I thought it was rude how on one of the port of calls my two brothers and I had a shore tour and arrived back on the boat around about 1:30ish - 2ish 

my brothers and I went to get food from the plantation and were refused entry along with other people because the lunch rush was over so we missed out on lunch that day because of that 

the entertainment was average the singers were average 

Christmas Day my family had dinner in the waterfront and the food was cold, terrible and sickening also the organisation was terrible 

we were try all week to get in to the waterfront and were kicked back every time 

I wouldn't recommend this cruise line to my friends 

however the drink waiters were amazing as well as the reception people
