Sail Date: Dec 2016

We have cruised several cruise lines, but for the few years we have been loyal to Royal. I became Diamond Plus on this sailing.

I contacted Royal's Special Needs Dept. before sailing to arrange for a wheelchair to get on the ship for one of our party. We arrived at the terminal about noon (Port Everglades) and found out there was delayed boarding. There were no wheelchairs available and all seating was taken. It was a disaster area.. The small staff at the terminal were not any help and looked overwhelmed

But, somehow we made it on board was happy to see our rented scooter waiting for us in our cabin. By the way, Suite guests were not treated any differently
