I chose Princess Grill accommodations for a December/Christmas crossing on the QM2 (room 10.036). The upgrade from standard Balcony Suites is well worth the cost, if it is within your budget. The room is wonderful and the Princess Grill restaurant provides exceptional personalized service.

Southampton

Acceptable - just.

New York (Manhattan)

Horrid. Like coming into a 3rd world country. New York should be embarrassed. Customs is a mess.
