To start on the positive note, we did have a good time at the end, we enjoyed our time in Cozumel and Key West, the ship itself is nice, good size, clean etc...

However, cruise manager Jerome was horrible, this was the second time we experienced him (found out he was cruise director on day 3) and had the same experience. There was barely any entertainment on the ship, half of the bars were closed after 7pm, nothing going on poo deck, playing the same horrible movies at the theater all day long... I paid myself a deluxe drink package, as I like to have 2-3 cappuccinos a day and 2-3 glass of wine at the evening. Well, you could get a specialty coffee (which cappuccino is classified as) only at main dining room or on deck 5 in "coffee shop" where the stuff was not really trained as baristas, and had no idea even how to foam up the milk properly.... so having breakfast in windjammer, I could forget good coffee with.. as for wine, unless being in main dining room for dinner, all the rest of the place, bars, windjammer, pool bars, all of them, had the cheapest wine available. Horrible. I am no wine picky, I buy not expensive wine at home, but this was beyond bad. One evening, I had to go up to the bar and tasted all they had there, and almost threw up from some of it... that bad. So did I use my well paid package? NO.

Other thing was a kids club, where hey literally had never a proper plan, and used our 7 years old boy to try to get us pay more buy promising them a activity (slime fight, which 7 year old does not want to miss) they told them, it will be in the morning, then they said, afternoon, then evening and at the end he left upset almost crying they said it will happened during PAID after hours... Last night of the cruise, where it was not matter of money but us waking up early morning..... At last, staff was overworked, filling many shoes and you could see they were under bad management. Unfortunately after this cruise, we made a decision, we are done with Royal Caribbean and will prefer to cruise with other companies.

Small, but clean, though sofa had a sweat or salt stain, they clean it immediately after our complain. Bed were comfortable, room quiet, we slept well.
