We were worried about the size of this ship but found that the way it was divided into organized sections and all of the cozy bars and lounges, the solarium and the fact that we never ate in the main dining room made it feel intimate enough for us. We loved the atmosphere and energy of the ship as well as the abundance of activities and shows. I enjoyed the shopping and art auction. My husband liked watching football on the huge outdoor screen in the aqua theater. We ate breakfast and lunch at the buffets,Park Cafe and Sorrentos and found it all to be fresh, tasty, enough of a variety and not overly crowded at any given time. For dinner we only ate at specialty restaurants. We especially enjoyed Chef's Table, 150 Central Park, Chops Grille and Coastal Kitchen. Giovanni's was very good but not over the top. Sabor was casual and fun with good food and great margaritas. Izumi Hibachi was entertaining but the food was mediocre.

Our only disappointment was the ports. The beach in Labadee was average and very rocky. We did an excursion in Jamaica to Dunns River Falls and a beach which was a nightmare. It was disorganized and chaotic and too far away. Someone in our group brought an 8 year old boy to hike the falls and the guide spent the entire time focused on making sure the child was safe therefore being unable to help or guide anyone else. We didn't get any food until 4:00 in the afternoon and we were served with no silverware or napkins. We were late getting back so the bus driver was speeding back on dark, windy streets for an over 2 hour ride. It was terrible. In Cozumel we had planned an excursion but decided to just walk around the port instead which was very nice.

Guest services was helpful and we never waited too long. I love the photography but our one complaint is that some families wanted many poses and combinations of people and it made the wait unreasonable. The photographers should have a cut off when there is a long line of people waiting and those families should be encouraged to have photo sessions in the studio. Our stateroom attendant Iwayan was amazing. We had a junior suite which we loved but decided for our next cruise to go back to a regular balcony. We didn't need that much space and the difference in price is considerable. But it felt like paradise. My only complaint is the lobby areas on the decks especially by the stairs had very stained and worn out carpet with a funky smell. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with it with so much traffic but those carpets should probably be shampooed between cruises if not replaced more frequently. Having said that, we were constantly impressed with how clean the bathrooms were in the public areas. We also highly recommend the luggage valet. It made the debarkation smooth and fast. I was nervous our bags would not show up but they were at our destination as promised.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

Absolutely luxurious, spacious and wonderful. Full walk in closet, huge bathroom, sitting area and large balcony. We were in bump out area so our balcony was exceptionally large.
