This was my first river cruise experience. The ship was lovely and the cruise director and staff were excellent. The focus of the cruise was to tour the European cities and visit the Christmas markets in each major city.

I would rate the ship, cruise director and crew as excellent. The food on the ship was very good with May options of a full menu and lighter fare. The tours were not all excellent so overall I rated my complete experience as a 4 or very good. But, I am have travelled a lot and plan to book another river cruise with AmaWaterways next year so that tells you it was overall a very, very good experience for me.

Dejan, our cruise director, did his very best to sort out any issues that arose on the tours. I also believe AmaWaterways will take our feedback seriously and make the adjustments required to make it a five star experience in the future.
