This is the first time on a Millennium class ship but third cruise with Celebrity. I choose this cruise due to the Asia destination. I booked all shore excursions and beverage package before hand as I do on all celebrity cruises. I arrived 2 days early and already did the city site and night safari prior to the embarkment as it was cheaper. Embarkment was at the Marina Bay Cruise terminal you must go thru customs and then onward to get sea pass and then onto the ship. Rooms were ready by 1:30 and since this was the first time on ship and first time in aqua class I could not find state room. My and another guest spend 25 minute hunting for the room on the 11th floor and found out you have to go to 10 then thru oceaview to get to the only elevator to access the cabin. First thing was the sea pass did not work so in line I go along with the other guests whose cards did not work as well 20 minutes later back up to the room. The room was small but I was expecting it but not this small. 6 Drawers in closet only fit one outfit at a time, closet was good size to fit 2 luggage bags, storage in dresser drawers was too tiny. The wall storage was where I put most things. The counter of the desk had ring stains from glasses so I wiped down with wipe as it appeared sticky but did not come off. The sliding door to balcony was hard to open and half the time I thought it was locked but you literally have to use you foot on the casing to open the door due to the humidity outside. The bathroom was small with not a lot of storage space above (which is were I like to put things. The shower was overall nice but do the two doors will rattle all night during rough waters.

The Good things: The staff overall was very friendly. Cafe al Baco was great with the specialty coffee, tea, and treats. Oceanview cafe cook to order station was excellent. The chicken, fish, and steak was great each time and did not mine the wait or line. Overall Oceanview was very good with the variety of food and it was hot. Entertainment was good about and 1 hour per show and I actually attended 2 of them which were good. The future cruise presentation was very informative along with the future cruise desk. This was my first time in blu restaurant and love the atmosphere, friendly staff and quality of the breakfast food. The main dining room was very good and fast with the food no complaints ate there once. Quise restaurant was good overall the first time I went be prepared for a 3 hour small portions meal which was good the first time went back a second time.

Now the bad: Throughout the cruise I went through 6 key pass cards along with a lot of other passengers some had to have there locks checked. Shore excursions were the worst I have ever had and more were offered once on board but at least $10 more. I suggest you book your own which I ended up doing on board. The descriptions did not match the tour. The tour length was always wrong (I am used to the australian shore excursions which are also long).

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Very small cabin. Although it seemed like a lot of storage space the space were so small you could only put 2 pieces of clothing in the 6 drawers provided. You had to close the door to the left to open the one to the right. The balcony was the worst as the door was beyond hard to open. Once out there the door would then slide open the whole time while at sea very disappointed with it. The worst part of the cabin was the sea pass card this is the first time I have had a problem and you can not keep saying it was the cell phone deactivating the card. I went through 6 key pass cards waiting 20 minutes each time to get a new one along with other people in line. Disappointed with the refilling of supplies in bathroom. On solstice last year the lotions etc were replenished each time used but this time not at all and you can only get this brand from them which is very good.
