We are residents of Florida and cruising is a hobby. We have been on numerous cruises and are Diamond Plus with Royal Caribbean. Ship is a decent size and has all the amenities that we require to have a great cruise. Staff is all about service. Suite concierge and wait staff in the concierge lounge where A1. It is sad that The Navigator Of The Seas can not get the disembarkation right. Crew is not directing people. Diamond Plus is useless. This is the second time on the Navigator, once out of Fort Lauderdale and now out of Miami. SHIPS FAULT!! No organization which is a shame since this reflects on Royal Caribbean and it is NOT a fleet problem!! We had a outside balcony and it was standard. Dining room was good waiter was good but the cutbacks are easy to see. Entertainment was good even if one night was no show. Nassau is not a port that I look forward to going to since it is so played out and very little to do if you are not into water sports. I would go again since sea days are better then port days for kicking back. Price was right as a getaway.
