we wanted to try a new cruise line the shows were good but the signage was terrible to find restrooms. the food line at the buffett was a complete fiasco people cutting in front of you elbows in your face??? all they needed to do was put a sign the line starts here like the other cruise lines do?? this ship cant accomadate the number of passengers it holds? they jam people into one area for the buffett instead of opening up the other serving areas? the embarcation and disembarcation was a complete mess there was no organization? the live music was very poor absolutely no dance music just exercise music and boring dinner music? after this experience we would not cruise again with msc. most of all the areas of the ship was jammed with people that you couldnt get through and once again nobody around to organize anything?
