Sunset from the Carnival Glory.
Old San Juan has very narrow streets. It amazes me to see how the cars maneuver along the way. If you want a real thrill, ride the FREE trolley car...look for the green numbered signs along the way that indicate where the trolley stops. Wait patiently and soon they will come and pick you up, with various stops along the way.
Palm trees everywhere! These were in Old San Juan although we saw many in all the ports we stopped at on this cruise.
Old San Juan fort that is up the hill from the port on the right side.
Old San Juan fort. This one is off to the left of the port within walking distance although you can also jump on the free trolley car for a ride and site seeing along the various stops that get you to the fort.
Fort in Old San Juan. Lots of detail to spy!
Check out the massive walls of one of the 2 forts to explore in Old San Juan.
Capitol Building in Old San Juan
Riding the tinder to Half Moon Cay, leaving Carnival Glory behind!
St Thomas at the end of a zip lining excursion. Ride the lift to the top and check out this amazing view!
Old San Juan has two forts within walking distance of the dock. Cost is $5 for BOTH forts - one tickets gets you into both. Very cheap way to explore and learn more about the history of this fascinating place!
Pirate Ship at Half Moon Cay. Beautiful day and FREE beach with plenty of lounge chairs and a FREE lunch buffet make this a perfect day off ship!
