Sail Date: Jun 2009

My wife and I sailed the Carnival Pride on the Exotic Eastern Caribbean itinerary (Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay {HMC} and Freeport) from June 13 - 20, 2009 out of the Baltimore Cruise Terminal.  The itinerary really interested us as we had never been to the Turks & Caicos or Holland America/Carnival's private island, HMC.  It was my eighth cruise overall and my wife's seventh.  We have sailed on Carnival and Princess - however, all but one was on Carnival as we find it is hard to beat the combination of quality and value Carnival offers.

Embarkation

We live in Central Maryland so the drive to the terminal was only about 35 - 40 minutes door to door.  It was great not to have to fly and deal with airports and airlines.  We're planning to take additional cruises from Baltimore for this reason alone.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Good size, plenty of storage, large bathroom with full tub/shower and dual sinks, big balcony, comfy bed.
