the embarkation was good then we got to the cabin I have seen better on a channel ferry the noise from other cabins etc., heating stopped working reported it 8 hours later we got back to cabin a fitter was there he says ok & left but it was still not working on arrival in Amsterdam we was woken at 5 o clock with the ship pumping oil on. Food we have had better, crew nationalities 562 the ones we encountered did not speak English only 20 where from the united kingdom so good look on that one. The ship is old and it looks it on the inside disembarkation complete chaos, for express disembarkation take your luggage with you to deck 8&9 then when they call for you to leave every body is trying to get into lifts down the stairs to deck 5 health & safety gone mad & when got of the ship custom control who should check your passport SAID we not checking them we are letting anybody in today. cmv Magellan POOR.
