In overall the cruise was excellent, the rooms are super nice and confortable, the ship itself its incredible, so many places to go and so much to see, there is something for everyone, Its spectacular, the Mama Mia musical was excellent. The service mostly in all the areas is very good, the employees very willing to help in any way they can.

However, the main reason to take the cruise with my family was the Celebration of our 30TH Wedding Anniversary an my Birthday, however, we did not get anything from Royal Caribbean not even a card, a flower or a bottle of wine. These are things that are not expensive for a company as big as you are, you should be aware of those details, specially if the main reason for taken the cruise was because of our Anniversary. We were very disappointed, very, very. Also for my birthday, nothing at all from you.
