I wanted to experience the largest carnival cruise and I was disappointed on the staff how dirty the dinning room tables were and bathrooms The dinning experience was horrible wait time is a joke they need to build their standards up the cabin phone is on the desk not at the bedside table embarkation was a long 2 hour process with staff not knowing whats going on The entertainment was below standards of my previous experience customer service lines were long with minimal staffing The ship is so compact and stuff to get around the casino you have to walk sideways in between the chairs and the smoking in the casino is horrible Carnival sky ride is 1 1/2 wait for 10 minutes of fun And the prices for the cruise are much higher and the quality is much different from other ships Thank God for Guy's burger the best thing on the ship Carnival do you even listen to these reviews
