First let me say that we did have a good time, but that is because we made our vacation what it was inspite of the the poor service we received.
Carnival prides itself on customer satisfaction (or that is what they claim). The past 4 cruises that I have had with carnival I would rate the service a 10 in all areas. This cruise....I would rate a 5. I was told that they cut back on employees....and it truly showed.
Negatives
Cabin was a standard cabin, air conditioning was horrible. We had it set on the coldest setting and it was still warm in our cabin.Room steward was horrible! On most days left our cabin by 8:30 or 9:00 and would return at 12:30 or 1:00 and rooms were still not cleaned.
