Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Balcony

The Balcony Stateroom was dirty and smelled of urine. The communications between staff is limited both verbal and written English. The meals in the Horizon restaurant was fit for the seas where you had no way of coming off and get a decent meal.

I was completely disappointed with my birthday arrangements. Before embarkation I filled out the paperwork about the dates and names of the people who would be having birthday's and yet it was wrong.

The paperwork I filled out to disembarked in Fort Lauderdale was incorrect, my initial request was 9:20 AM with luggage and I was given 6:20 AM without luggage.

The condition for the room should be the management when it comes to quality control and not the person cleaning the room. The carpet in the room was fitly and needs to be changed due to urine including the bathroom. The shower curtain touches the flooring of the shower where the germs remained.

We were unable to use our balcony because the family next to our room would have loud conversation at any time until 2:00 AM.

Port Reviews

St. Lucia

The ship arrived on a Sunday and everything was closed.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Saw the island for less what the cruise line was charging.

Nassau

Very rude islanders and that's one port I would bypass.

St. Thomas

The people have no personality and have a dislike for tourist.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Wonderful and filled with Seniors just like the cruise.

Barbados

Was overpriced for the short beach trip without any time for shopping.
