We are seasoned cruisers with more than 50 completed on 7 different lines.

For the past several cruises we have booked suite level cabins and enjoyed them as well as the amenities that come with suite level. We are also Elite+ in Captains Club with those amenities.

That said, we are no longer able to tolerate 10+ hour flights to or from the US to of from Europe so we sail the Caribbean exclusively. We have been to the majority of those ports numerous times so we rarely even go ashore unless we have a specific purpose. .

Cabin Review

Celebrity Suite

Cabin CS

Spacious, plenty of storage room, nice bath-tub, good bathroom facilities, comfortable bed, warm enough bed-covers, good turkish towel bathrobes for post-shower or bath lounging. Bulgari toiletries are more than pleasant as is the bath soap.(I wish I had had the foresight to gather up a few cakes for our home.)

Balcony was used daily for room service breakfast and spouse's afternoon naps even though it is a starboard suite and VERY sunny afternoon. Our butler acquired 2 additional table chairs and I played Bridge on the balcony (not a good idea, it's WINDY) but spouse's Mah Jongg is played with tiles and they do not blow in anything less than full gale force winds!

Port Reviews

St. Maarten

We only went ashore here for a short but required hospital service. It was done with great aplomb and the Doctor who was trained in the Netherlands was extremely helpful in his diagnosis.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We are 60+ year Floridian residents who owned a home in Broward County some 45 years ago
