Good cruise for kids, but not the most service oriented or truthful.

We had a horrible time with our booking agent that had much of the family information input incorrectly, which then effected our room and drink packages right off the bat. They were unwilling to work with us based on the offers they had made, so we gave them the conversation date and time, but they somehow "lost" the record of that specific conversation. After 3 phone calls and roughly 5-6 hours of time, they finally got us input correctly, but we were still not given the package they originally offered.

Embarkation was fine and quicker than expected. The ship itself is quite large, and has many activities for kids. The top deck is a bit chopped up though, and leaves no room for lounging poolside. There was also little to no service poolside for wait staff and a lot of waiting at the bar for drinks because of under-staffing.

When we sat down to figure out the prearranged show and dining that we had scheduled online (because we were travelling with another family and wanted to make sure we were eating and seeing shows together), they had overbooked and shifted our entire schedule around. Another 1 1/2 hour time soak onboard.
