Have previously sailed on Oasis and Allure. Booked a cruise on Harmony while sailing on Allure. Our cruise left Fort Lauderdale on Des. 3.
Boarding was quick, got our stateroom 1pm. First impression coming onboard, no smiles from the crew. Crowded in Winjammer, the same all the cruise. Had my time dining on deck 4. Had to wait in line every night. Sitting in the same section for dinner, food good, service ok. Had breakfast in the restaurant on deck 3 the first morning. Waiting for the waiter for 20 minutes, anorher 15 minutes waiting for the food. Bad experience, service not up to RCCL standard.
The crew seemed tired, too few. Officers not visible, diamond club a dissapointment. Not the usual recognition of crown and ancor members.
Nothing spesial. Small table. 3 persons in cabin. Cabin steward wanted to keep the sofabed up all day. Did not understand our need for a sofa. Colors a bit dull. Good storage for clothes.
Nice beach. Important to have som 1 dollar notes for tipping at he beach.
Had 5 days in Fort Lauderdale before the cruise. Nice weather, windy, red flag at the beach.
Took a taxi to beach club.10 minutes drive overpriced. Ok beach.
Walked around, some shopping.
