I've sailed on many ships, to include NCL's first one ( a converted ferry, that sank once and burned another time).. The main floor, that houses the casino restaurants , is crowed on most nights, to include noise, smoke and wall to wall passengers..While the shows are of good quality. many are small, and even more enjoyable( had an astronaut on board, who gave a 1 hour talk on his 2 resupply trips to the space station) ( Did you know that the space walk suit weighs 350 pounds?)
I was in a "solo room" a key card area, with 100 square foot rooms, Kinda tight, but you figure it out in one day..Adequate storage, Good glass shower, not the sticky drape one, ..Plenty of room for one, and even a guest,, But no chairs,, The bed is it.. A seperate , private Lounge, that offers a great auto coffee machine with 10 choices,,,cookies galore and breakfast pastries..Bar is opened between 5-7 ( yes you pay) and they have a solo party.. But still no comfortable chairs ...
I ate in all the "additional fee"restaurants ...Great food 16 or 32 oz , prime rib , almost too big to eat..Service is great.. Pressure to order drinks
