We are Celebrity fans, but this cruise was below standard. The food in the main dining area was quite variable. One night the entree was undercooked and cold, then next night over cooked and tasteless. Steaks were like shoe leather. Also, the Oceanview Cafe food was passable, but not terribly appetizing. We did not try the specialty restaurants since we had already paid for the food, and did not wish to spend an additional $45 or more each per meal!

But, the service and friendliness of the staff was exemplary as always! The wait staff are very responsive, and very attentive for those of us with food allergies.

Truthfully, we are still put off by the constant harassment of sales and hype. From the reservation process until you step off the cruise, you are inundated with "offers" to buy beverage packages, specialty restaurant packages, excursions, photographs, etc. etc. It be came wearisome very quickly. The shopping guarantees are all hype and the excursions way overpriced for what you receive. Read more
