This was a last minute family cruise with our adult children. Got a great price with the ultimate beverage package included. The ship is very big and a little overwhelming at first. After a day at sea it is easy to find your way around. The interior spaces are all very beautiful in the main dining rooms, specialty restaurants, public rooms. It is a very pleasant place to walk, sit, or have a meal in.

We had inside cabins that were very small. Space is used efficiently but the cabins were small. We like that the shower and toilet were separate, but found having a sink in the middle of the room very weird. Also, the mini bar is in a strange place, right in the middle of the desk, dresser area at eye level. Phones were great to use, nice touch screen feature let you speed dial most of the numbers you want to call.

We enjoyed the food all over the ship in all restaurants. The buffet can get very crowded at breakfast so you might have to search for a seat and your food will cool off but there were 4300 passengers aboard. The service at all restaurants was excellent. Food in the specialty restaurants was exceptional. Bar service was excellent as well. If there were a lot of people lined up at a bar you knew you would have to wait a little. Most guests seemed to have the ultimate beverage package so I expect that this contributed to some of the lines at bars at times.

Very small cabin. Weird layout with a sink in the middle of the desk/dresser and the mini bar at eye level. Very efficient use of space in the cabin but it was tiny. Smallest we have ever had. I think our room steward had too many cabins assigned to him as he was only able to make up our cabin early in the afternoon. He had a large number of cabins forward of our location that were all balconies and 3 inside cabins behind the balconies. He was overworked but did a good job after I finally met him on day 4 of the cruise.

Port Reviews

Great Stirrup Cay

Always a great time at the private island. Snorkeling was not good due to rough seas and high winds. Still had a great beach day and the food on the island was excellent. Lots of bars available and guests can rent floats, snorkel gear or a cabana. Love Great Stirrup Cay.
