This was a great cruise from the embarkation to the dis-embarkation. Food and service was great. Our room was awesome, first time balcony and now we are spoiled. Loved waking up in the morning and being able to have coffee on the balcony. The service throughout the entire ship was great, food was most delicious with a great variety. We have cruised for many years not sure exactly how many times with Princess, but this was one of the best we have ever done. Loved doing it in November. We will be cruising again with you in February on a different ship and longer time, hoping everything will be as good. Looking forward to being on the Princess lines again soon.

The only complaint I have is the flight arrangements made by the cruise line. We traveled from the Norfolk, VA to Chicago and from Chicago to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. On the return trip, we were sent from FL to Charlotte, from Charlotte back to Chicago and from Chicago, back to Norfolk, VA. Spent two complete days in airports, when we should have been routed from Norfolk, VA to Ft Lauderdale or at least Atlanta, both trips.

We did no shore excursions from the ship, so did not rate that.
