I love the XCaret experience it was our first time to swim for over hour and a nice gentleman helped us made through the other end of the tunnel because we don't know how to swim and float. We started our swimming experience by holding on the wall although it was rough and sharp edges we made the first 30 minutes we were determined to finish until this guy taught us how to float and swim the life jackets made us float. We were both very nervous and anxious but he stayed with us and held us whenever we lost our balance. When we saw the light at the end of the tunnel we were so relieved and very happy that we did and didn't give up.

Second is the Dining Room our waiter Jean and assistant waiter Laila for table #638 were fabulous. The are phenomenal people very professional, courteous and pleasant .

Third is the Entertainment and Activities well organized and very entertaining
