Chose this ship due to reviews, port, and schedule. Have been on more than ten cruises with several cruise lines and this was my least favorite of all. Carnival always offers a good time at a fair price but I'll pay more and choose another brand next time. The food was the most disappointing part of the week, was not good and always cold. I'm not a food snob, but they can do much better than rubbery chicken, few vegetables, and dishes with inexpensive 'fillers' to provide visual appeal. Is anything prepared on the ship? The desserts weren't even good, except for the chocolate melting cake. Service was very good, crew was friendly. Didn't have many onboard activities that appealed to me, but even with that said had a relaxing trip. Disappointed with Belize port, did not feel safe there. Room was comfortable but pillows needed replacing badly. Evening entertainment was good, especially liked the comedy acts. Embarkation and debarkation well organized.
