I was very disappointed in this cruise. Been on Holland once before and was very happy. A friend recommended this cruise ship so I was looking forward to it. The service was below standard. Been on over 35 cruises and never been so ignord by staff in Lido and dining room. Could not get water, tea, juice, etc. They would come over and ask what you wanted and you would never se them again. I was amazed the seasoned Holland cruisers were also not impressed by the service. One night we had a couple who had been on 5 Holland cruises get up and leave the table to go somewhere else for dinner since the service was so poor. Entertainment other then BB King group was boring. No place to dance at night other then BB King. We saw bank equipment set up in the Atrium area but no one was playing. Ship was nice, cabin was nice. Never knew what was going on such as specials like drinks , spa, etc unless you visited the bars or spa. missed out on lots of thinks since not advertised. Excursions where fair. Been on better. Don't think I will be on another Holland cruise after this on. Think they are cutting back to far on staff and services and that's not just my opinion. Many seasoned Holland cruisers said the same thing. Celebrity and Royal Caribbean will get my business.
