Our prior experience with Princess has been on one Alaska cruise and two 28 day repositioning cruises - one across the Pacific and one across the Atlantic. In fact our Alaska cruise was on this same ship - the Coral Princess. It was about 10 years ago and I believe the ship is showing some of it's wear and tear now. Overall the staff, especially the room steward and servers, were most courteous and professional and the two tours we experienced were well done. Perhaps the 28 day cruises automatically have better entertainment, entertainment directors, menu selections, food quality, internet connections, etc. than the 10 day cruises because they are longer trips so it may be unfair of us to compare our experiences on this cruise with our prior ones. Nonetheless those are the areas we felt this trip was lacking. And we did hear similar comments from fellow passengers.

A little worn in appearance. Room service was excellent.
