Downgraded room service menu with poor selections and up charges, no pool in the solarium, mostly poor quality or disappointing food except in the Windjammer. Slides were fun but not enough to bring us back. It's a beautiful ship, we love Captain Johnny, and our crew and staff were exceptional (we are generous tippers).Our Jr Suite cabin had a fabulous closet, lots of extra space good for families but wasted space for us. Bed is not near the balcony door in 8242. The cabin did not have air conditioning until day 6 and while our issue was handled professionally we still did not have air for 6 days. It is unlikely we will book a Jr Suite again. Entertainment is top notch. We have been able to catch up on movies released in the current year for free but not on Harmony and there was one TV station in English for adults. The first two weeks in December have customarily been low volume kid sailings of about 200 over the last 16 years I have sailed. There were 1000 on Harmony. Not sure why more kids weren't taking advantage of Adventure Ocean or using the kids pool especially designed for them. No indoor theatre for adults. This was a holiday cruise but still two weeks prior to American school break.. The ship is nicely decorated for Christmas with caroling and a Christmas tree lighting event. There seemed to be many shoving, pushing, rude, and disgruntled passengers due to poor staffing. Harmony is a nice family ship but not for us.
