Have been on this class ship and enjoyed it very much but NOT the Harmony. Our room steward was excellent as was our waiter and assistant waiter in the assigned time dining room. We lucked out!!!!! There were so many little things that were not attended to which we could really tell the difference. For a new ship I didn't feel it was clean NEVER saw the staff cleaning anything . The epoxy was coming off of the pool floor already. On the running track there was a steel beam (several) out in the track ( whoops). Glad I was paying attention. We had wine delivered to our room but NO wine glasses. Also no door hangers to request room service had to ask for those also. I personally think that captain Johnny doesn't have control over the officers on his ship to keep his ship in Top Shape. It was the talk of every day all over the ship what a mess the Harmony is. Too bad because it is a beautiful ship like its sisters ship the Oasis and Allure. Maybe all the complaints will get back to the appropriate people and the ship service will improve.
