Well, I have to say that I was a bit worried before we got on the ship. I had read so many bad reviews about the crew and ship. However, I boarded the ship with no expectations.
My wife and I were very happy with the overall experience. Were there hiccups and minor problems, sure. But, we easily overlook these items. We were on vacation. Why should we let things bother us.
The crew was fantastic, the cleanliness of the ship was great. Any problems that I read about earlier had all been resolved. Yes, the stateroom (mid-ship balcony) was a bit strange, but it was functional. The food was good, the entertainment exceptional.

Great embarkation. We arrived at 12:00 and walked right on the ship.
Tortola
We got off the ship and went into the port to shop. A very nice experience just walking through the local shops.
St. Thomas
We did ride the skyway tram to the lookout. It was an incredible view. We highly recommend it.
