Well overall the ship was well run except for the tendering to shore at 2 ports......very slow and many people missed out......this particular cruise had a very high percentage of very elderly and infirm passengers...it was not advertised as a seniors cruise but should have been.....................this meant everything on board was done at a much slower pace and time run out....more tenders were needed as they only half filled them....at 1-30pm we all tore our tickets up....never got ashore..............we will all be there one day but I feel we should have been informed of this situation.......after 14 days many people were frustrated and disappointed.....we've had 13 cruises and this was the first experience of this kind..............shore tours expensive.....have done this cruise 5 years ago with P&O...seemed better value then.................had a balcony cabin on Sea/P...clean and tidy but small...ensuite tiny........all staff excellent....food great..........had a Royal/Car cruise Xmas 2014.....excellent with 570 kids on board.....didn't mind them at all......this N/Z cruise was somewhat depressing.......kids are better.
