This was the typical Hawaii and back cruise out of SF. About half of the guests were from the greater bay area and this is a favorite for regular cruisers. We had a large contingent from the UK, meeting them added to the fun. We were one of the 'odd couples', being from Las Vegas.

First, as you may know, that the ship had a tender door problem and returned to Hawaii ending the cruise a day or two early. The entire staff of the ship performed superbly during the changes to the itinerary and guest return connections. Activities on the ship continued through it all and were great.

So far, Princess appears to be the best cruise line for people who like social dancing. Every day there were several venues with great bands and combos and a disco. Other cruise line ships may have bigger dance floors but Princess supplies the best atmosphere and opportunities.
