Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Serenade of the Seas is getting long in the tooth. There was rust everywhere, water came out of the faucet yellow/brown, food ran out at the wind jammer and the crew was just plain grumpy. A LOT of people were commenting on how cranky, grumpy, and rude the crew was. And people were complaining about food running out at the wind jammer. The wind jammer closed 1/2 of the serving area down at noon one day. This made for some very grumpy cruisers. Rust was everywhere on our balcony and the glass railing was so dirty, we could barely see out of it. The steam room in the spa wasn't working, it was reported and nothing was done until the last day of the cruise. There were a total of 4 sea days and the activities on board on those days was severely lacking. Home many times can you play trivia?

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

The Balcony had a lot of rust on it and the glass railing was so dirty, we could hardly see out of it. Our room was aft and there are NO aft stair or elevators, so anytime we wanted to go anywhere, we'd have to walk to mid-ship and then up or down.

Port Reviews

Antigua

This is our LEAST favorite port. Too many locals harass you when you leave the ship..

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Check in quickly with a friendly counter person. Security was grumpy crabby people.
