We have cruised quite a bit but never with Princess. Was hard to get room service but all others like room attendant & Waiter were great. Embarkation & Disembarkation were excellent. We were picked up & dropped off at the airport promptly. I would liked to have seen more entertainment & comedian shows but overall it was a nice trip. I think Princess needs more people at the Customer service desk so people don't have to stand in line so long to get questions answered. I would like to try the British Isles tour but right now the airfare is ridiculous & the cruise rate needs to come down. There also needs to be more wait staff walking around the pool deck for drinks. I prefer Traditional dining because I like getting to know people and seeing where they have traveled & their travel experiences. I would also like to see cruise lines add a Chinese restaurant onboard...not a fan of Mandarin cooking.
