Round trip to Los Angeles. Embarkation took extended time, We went on the ship at 3:00 pm. No water, coffee or tea was available at the port. My wife was dehydrated and fainted during a drill. She was taken to the medical center. We were charged $683 for medical treatment.

Waiting for the food was very long. Our dinner took about 2.5-3 hours.

There were a lot of disabled people on the ship. We requested a wheelchair service for disembarkation, but after 2 hours waiting walked ourselves. It is terrible!!!
