Sail Date: Oct 2016
Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

We chose this cruise to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary because it was going to some Caribbean Islands which we hadn't seen yet.

The traffic in Port Everglades getting to our pier was the worst I've seen anywhere. It took our limo driver almost an hour to get from the port entrance to the ship. Once we got to the ship, the embarkation was easy and went very quickly.

We were quite satisfied with the size and furnishings of our mini-suite. The room steward was very accommodating and helpful throughout our cruise. He brought an adapter for my husband's c-pap machine and moved the bed to find an outlet that he plugged it in to. The first day, I told him that I would like extra towels, and he provided them daily without being asked again.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MC

Room is spacious and well appointed. More drawer and storage space than I've had on other ships in comparable mini-suites.

The balcony is small. There is a tiny table and 2 chairs, each chair has an ottoman stored under it, but there is no room to use the ottoman.

Port Reviews

St. Thomas

We've been to St. Thomas many times, so we went off on our own and took a taxi to the places we wanted to see.

Antigua

Very tourist trap type of stops.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We live about 30 miles away from the Port, so we did not do any tours in Ft. Lauderdale. However, the traffic from the Port entry to the pier where the ship was docked was terrible.
