We chose this cruise to Alaska because of the timing was perfect to get everyone of the family (except one) on board at this time. We had ten members of the family and eight friends join us for this wonderful event.

We sailed on the Ruby (one of our favorite ships) and the venue was great for all to enjoy. The main event of course was to renew our wedding vows( after 60 years) and the ceremony was conducted by Captain Marco Fortezze (his first 60 year event).

It was a real challenge getting everyone there but it was worth it. It's like herding cats and the grand kids said "Gramma and Grandpa are finally getting married" -HaHa.
