First, Princess is usually our first choice due to their return customer benefits program. We are Platinum members which gives us great deals. Practically free internet on board, special boarding and debarkation privileges. And special fares that are hard to turn down. The food is always good, the employees are so very friendly to us and service is spectacular. I can always count on Princess for consistency and quality. Cleanliness is next to Godliness with Princess.

Bottom lines is this: We feel comfortable and "at home" with Princess. We felt so at home, that we didn't even leave the ship in Puerto Vallarta, or Cabo. We did in Mazatlan because we own a time share there and went there to spend the day. The other ports we have seen and just choose to stay on ship because we love it so much. This is out second sailing on the Ruby Princess. From top to bottom, the employees are the best we have found. We always return new again and always return to what is sweet and consistent. Thank you.
