It was an absolutely terrible experience. This is not a knock on the crew, they were fabulous. The cruise line's policies and actions towards guests is deplorable. My cabin was on the lowest deck, just above the ship's cargo hold. The crew was excellent at making a lot of noise during sleep hours. When the door was opened to allow the harbor pilot to board the ship, the noise was totally out of control. This was not restful at 0600. The cruise line's policy on wifi is atrocious. No complete package for continuous usage.There are no wine packages, although the wine is fairly prices. Their drink packages are outragesous, $56 per day, plus gratuit, and then only up to a preset value. Their customer service department in California only offered the words, "sorry" and then said that they weren't the cruise line for us. Complete indifference. Lastly, the ship was in sorry shape, lots of rust and pieces missing along the rails the entire voyage.
Just average. Service was so-so, Toilet broke but was fixed within 3 hours.
