Staff no knowledge wouldn't help at all one staff member didn't know what water was?
Food terrible safety issue very concerned regarding the food safety for people

Balcony never cleaned yet told twice can't use due to maintenance which never occurred so those days where wasted
Room was cleaned daily however last day not cleaned at all
Pillowcase inside out
Doors bang so loud you can hear the other cabins doors to heavy they bang loudly
Cabin roomy but bathroom shower curtain no door on shower
Plenty of cupboards and good size fridge in room
Balcony too small
Our bed was good
Our TV would not work a lot loss of service
