We had made this same journey for same dates +/- a day or so as last year. Seems kind of crazy to take the same trip twice, but we are so glad we did. We had the best butler ever - Arnell and the staff in Luminae once again made the trip special. Food was great and they worked with my low sodium diet to keep me from swelling up like Veruca Salt. Met lots of great people and made some friends we know we will see again on future cruises. As with last year, we did not attend any of the production shows. There was plenty to do without them and they just aren't our thing. The overnight in Curacao was nice as we went to dinner at the fondue place just off the docks. We did not realize the stop in Barbados was until 11:30pm until the day we arrived. Not sure we would have done anything there that evening even if we had known. Silent disco was very funny and we totally enjoyed the 80s night party by the pool. Would we make the same trip again? You bet!!

Note: Something strange happened at embarkation that was not the fault of the cruise line. Apparently they had passengers refusing to get off and that created quite a back up. I totally get that they didn't want to leave, but we were about 2 hrs behind getting started.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite 1

Cabin S1

Loved this cabin. It is aft, so be prepared for a walk from the elevators. It is so nice to have a room where you don't feel cramped. Plenty of storage and closet space for a 2 week trip and a gal that overpacks. The perks with the S1 also make it just that much better - the butler, Michael's Club & Concierge, Luminae. Absolutely no complaints.
