We chose this cruise as we love cruising the Caribbean and the longer cruises are better for us as we have to travel transatlantic , however we were disappointed with the overall service we received onboard.

The Bar staff are wonderful and the room stewards are so hard working and the cabins are kept spotless , however not the same can be said for the Main Dining rooms it was utter Chaos which started off on a bad foot the day we sailed ( my Birthday ) they had no recollection of my booking ( luckily i had printed it off)seated in the dingiest part of the dining room you could hardly see the menu the service was dreadful we waited an hour for a salad starter and then a further hour for the main course needless to say we left before even seeing the dessert menu.

Breakfast was another Fiasco , in 2 weeks we managed to get one cooked breakfast that was actually hot and edible not what i had expected from a 5 star luxury cruiseliner
