Our cruise on the Vista was an opportunity to sail on a new Carnival ship out of our homeport of New York! The dining room was very un-Carnival like and the atrium was too. But the ship was still beautiful.. They tried to get too fancy in the main dining room, so the food was hit or miss. The comedy club was packed every night for good reason. Plus they had karioki there and it was a wonderful experience. There were some very talented people on the cruise and we got to meet many of them! Seafood Shack and Guy's Burger Joint had very good food but I couldn't find cookies or cakes after a certain hour. The pizza was also very good. Lines were long for Sky Ride most of the time, but it was fun! There were no tips on the pool sticks so we didn't play. Once again I beat my wife at miniature golf! We definitely need to sail on the Vista again so we can enjoy some of the amenities we missed! The Imax theatre is not to be missed!!
