We originally did this cruise back in 2014 on the Century and had a wonderful time. My next door neighbor Tom wanted to go on a cruise with his lady friend and asked us where they should go so we did some various choices and he picked the Panama Canal and they wanted us to show them the ropes.
Our flight was on time the day of the cruise and we were able to board early enough to grab a bite to eat at the Buffet. Rooms were ready by the time we were finished however luggage did not arrive until after we got back from dinner. Our stateroom attendant was Efraime and he was amazing and got us what we needed.
During the first sea day we noted that the temperature in the Buffet was very chilly and most had jackets or heavy sweaters on, in our cabin we turned the cooling up so it was warmer in there. The coolness was the trend throughout the ship, so I always brought a sweater with; the only place it was not chilly was by the pool and the spa.
We only went to shops - too many tour guides/taxi people.
Took a taxi from the airport to the cruise terminal - that is all.
