Cabin: Large Interior Stateroom

If you were in a wheel chair, disembarking was long and tortuous. Cabin steward wiped out our glasses rather than replacing them. If you wanted to go to an activity or to a show you had to have signed up ahead because with the number of people aboard, you wouldn't get in. Staff was not personally involved. I think this is due to the sheer number of people involved. Dining is supposed to be a special treat to me. This was just sort of ordinary. The food was sort of bland and there was no relationship established with the wait staff. I have been on many cruises, some as long as 35 days. This was one of the most impersonal ones I have been on. One of my favorite ships is one of yours, The Empress of the Seas.I cruised on her when she was called the Nordic Empress. I know this is your smallest ship, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up in personalized service. Yes your bigger ships can provide more unique services, they have become too impersonal for me.
