This cruise started off bad and got worse. We booked this cruise and selected the room we wanted because of the large balcony. When we got on we were told they gave us an upgrade and moved us without telling us. We ended up a deck lower with a tiny balcony. When we complained they told us they gave our room to someone that had more cruises booked with them. This was our first and last cruise with Princess. They told us it was their mistake but they were not going to do anything for us. Our luggage even had to be removed from our original room and brought to our new room. They used a permanent black marker to scratch out our old room and write our new room on the actual luggage tag that we purchased not on the paper inside the tag but on the tag itself. Won't be using them again!

The dinners were less than stellar. Waiting for over an hour to get seated is unacceptable. We never have to wait on Royal Caribbean. The selection of food was not a vast variety and not very flavorful. Ate in the buffet the rest of the trip.only one side is open for dinner hour.

Went to work out in the gym but most of the equipment was broken.

Cabin was nice but small balcony. Smelled bad on the balcony. Had bird poop on the deck chairs.
