The Lotus Spa is a luxury to most of us, pity this cruise the staff were not up to standard.
I had a gratuity automatically placed $22.50 for acupuncture, I wasn't asked, what poor form is this. They state on the cruising contract that gratuity is voluntary. Others in our group mentioned the poor massages they received and one woman was left with oil dripping from her hair as she returned to her cabin. Are the staff overworked or just lazy.
The last cruise I found the Lotus Spa was expensive but at least we had value for money.
Balcony cabin, clean neat just enough room to be cosy.
Cabin steward excellent.
Toilet did not want to use, steward kept putting notice on toilet re blockages.
I never saw a blockage, but these notices were intimidating.
Maybe you should give clear instruction on the use of a vacuum toilet BEFORE use.
A little education goes better than intimidation after the fact.
